I believe that previous traumatic experiences can impact the way in which we can be triggered and how we can react to challenging situations in the present. I am personable, empathetic and I understand how challenging life experiences can contribute to feelings of anxiety and depression and can leave us with self-doubt, negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity. Seeking support during these challenging times takes strength and courage. I also support clients with self-advocacy as well as how to effectively communicate in order to improve personal relationships.

I have over five years of experience with:
- teaching positive parenting skills
- and have continued to support parents with raising more secure children by fostering positive parent-child interactions and promoting trust within the relationship.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which can help to decrease the intensity of the previous traumatic experience. My goal is to support you in healing and being the best version of who you want to be.
