Frequently Ask Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Health Service Account (HSA), Zelle, and Paypal transfer. Based on our initial agreement, payments are due prior to your scheduled appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept any insurance plans and we are considered as an out-of- network provider, but if you have a PPO plan and wish to pay out of pocket, we will provide you with a super bill to submit with your insurance carrier to potentially get reimbursed through them.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us via phone, email, or text within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be financially responsible for the session.

At The Green Room, we provide individual and couple therapy, immigration psychological evaluations, ADHD neuropsychological diagnostic testing, and personal injury psychological evaluations.
